7th Joint Monitoring Committee meeting of the Interreg IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-border Cooperation Programme, in which our Directorate acts as the National Authority, was held online on 14 December 2020.

The meeting was chaired by Bülent Özcan, General Director of Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation of the Directorate for EU Affairs, and Denitsa Nikolova, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria.

Following the opening speeches, the current situation of the programme and developments regarding the 2021-2027 programming period were discussed at the meeting.
