Having regard to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the obligations resulting thereof, the Managing Authority has issued an Instruction to support the beneficiaries of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
Instruction no. 17 from 29.08.2019 underlines the obligations of the beneficiaries during projects’ implementation regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Further, an Annex with the Information on the rights of individuals regarding the processing of personal data is available for consultation here.
A template for participants list is prepared to be used by the beneficiaries in order to observe the obligation of obtaining and keeping the records of the acknowledgements of the persons participating in projects events. The template for participants list can be downloaded from here.
