The manual (PIM) of JOP Black Sea Basin is intended to provide to Lead and project Beneficiaries a context for project implementation and management. The document was designed as a handy tool for the sound and timely implementation of the projects in compliance with the Programme rules and national legislation of participating countries, as applicable.
