Partner Fora for the Second Call for Proposals of ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme will be held in Chisinau and Yerevan

In view of the forthcoming launch of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, in collaboration with the Joint Technical Secretariat and national authorities of participating countries, and with the support of TESIM project, will organize 2 Partner Fora, as follows:


      1.Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) on 26 September 2018
      2.Yerevan(Armenia) on 23 October 2018

The Partner Fora will provide the participants the opportunity to network, to find suitable partners and to start discussing toward their project ideas and further steps for project development as well as to get information on the programme and the call for proposals.

TESIM and the Managing Authority/Joint Technical Secretariat of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 are able to support potential applicants from all the participating countries to take part in the two Partner Fora for the second call for proposals, according to the following division:

a) TESIM will support applicants from the CBC Partner Countries (Armenia, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Turkey and Ukraine) to attend both Partner Fora. A maximum of sixteen (16) potential applicants will be supported from each CBC Partner Country, except for Armenia and the Republic of Moldova. As Armenia and the Republic of Moldova are hosting the Partner Fora, applicants of these two countries are only supported to attend the other Partner forum, within the limits set for each respective Partner forum.

b)T
he Managing Authority/Joint Technical Secretariat will support applicants from Member States to attend the partner Forum in Yerevan onlyUp to six persons for the partner forum in Armenia from each Member State will be selected. The proposed selection criteria and the process to be followed as well as other details can be read here.  

To apply for support to attend a Partner Forum, the interested party should:

2. Submit a Project Idea in the framework of the JOP Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 and to explain why the support is needed

The project idea form and the explanation why the support for covering the cost for participation is needed should be sent to Joint Technical Secretariat of JOP Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, at the e-mail address: office@bsb.adrse.ro.  

The registration is open until 31 July 2018. Any registration submitted after this date will not been taken into account.   The selected participants will be notified during the month of August 2018.

The selected participants from the partner countries will be contacted by TESIM regarding the travel and accommodation arrangements. For the participants selected from Member States travel and accommodation cost will be reimbursed by Joint Technical Secretariat/Managing Authority. The participants registered but not selected, the costs for attending the Partner Forum will be supported from their own resources.
