The first  training session under the Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme for Lead Beneficiary / Beneficiaries is scheduled for 13-14 September 2018 in Istanbul. Additional information on the venue and agenda of event will be advertised in due time. Further, formal invitations with details will be sent to all the Lead Beneficiaries of the projects approved in the first call. The aim of this training session is to provide all the necessary information and guidance for the smooth start of the projects, with focus on the programme requirements and rules, financial aspects, communication and visibility tools.
