The Communication and Visibility Manual for the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 was updated in order to better support the beneficiaries in the process of project implementation and specifically in the field of communication and visibility.

The second version did not propose substantial changes, as the elements which have to be used for the promotion of the visual identity of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 and the rules of using them remained unchanged; however, the Communication and Visibility Manual was improved to cover most of the communication situations in a user-friendly structure.
