Joint Monitoring Committee of the Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 Period Convened Lastly

The final Joint Monitoring Committee meeting of the ENI Black Sea Basin Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 was held in Constanta, Romania.

Attended by a delegation from the Department of Cross-border Cooperation of the Directorate for EU Affairs, which is the National Authority for the Programme, and the Department for Monitoring and Evaluation, which is the Control Contact Point of the Programme in Türkiye, the meeting was conducted with delegations from Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Ukraine, as well as representatives from the European Commission, TESIM and the Programme bodies.

During the meeting, all projects implemented in the 2014-2020 period as well as the technical and financial aspects of the Programme was overviewed. Accordingly, in this period, 2339 institutions took part in 548 project applications and 57 projects involving 281 partner organizations were supported.The Committee members were also informed about the preparations for the closing of the 2014-2020 period of the Programme.
