The Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme Document revised

Following the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine it was decided by the European Commission to redistribute the respective NDICI allocation to the Interreg programmes in which Ukraine and Republic of Moldova participate. The Monitoring Committee of the Programme approved the modification of the Programme by including the additional allocation and a new proposed Priority, entitled Competent and Resilient Region in related with Interreg Specific Objective 1 on better governance in cooperation matters.

Following the budget increase to 94.4 million Euros with an additional NDICI allocation of about 20 million Euros, Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme Document and the Performance Framework Methodology were revised as considering opinions of the Programme partners expressed during the consultation process held in August 2023, regarding the preferred types of activities under the new Priority.
