Joint Operational Programme Document of ENI Black Sea Basin Cross-border Cooperation Programme was revised to make use of the flexibility provided by the new Regulation (EU) 2022/2192, laying down specific provisions for the 2014-2020 cooperation programmes supported by the European Neighbourhood Instrument and under the European Territorial Cooperation goal, in order to increase up to 100% the EU contribution of projects still under implementation and/or execution in the Programme.

In accordance with Article 3 of this Regulation, together with the new version of the JOP, no co-financing will be required for expenditure incurred, paid and included in the annual accounts for the accounting years starting with 1 July 2021, 1 July 2022 and 1 July 2023 respectively.
