Project Summary

The project aims to enhance research and innovation capacities, uptake advanced technologies, and create sustainable transnational network structures for sharing good practices in the blue economy, low carbon economy, resilience, and climate change fields. It will establish the Transnational Technology Transfer Network for Black Sea Basin involving all relevant actors in the technology transfer ecosystem.
