Project Summary

The project aims to decrease pollution, including marine and river litter, by developing sustainable waste management practices in the Black Sea Basin. The partners address challenges such as insufficient infrastructure, lack of public participation, inadequate policy and regulations, and lack of opportunities for knowledge exchange between neighbouring countries. The project aims to establish sustainable cross-border partnerships to reduce landfill waste and pollution by encouraging household waste separation, collection, and recycling.
