The Launching Conference and the Partnership Forum of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, whose National Authority is Ministry for EU Affairs, has been organized on 14 July 2016 in Constanta, Romania.

Bringing together representatives of local and regional authorities, chambers of agriculture, commerce and industry, civil society organisations, universities, educational and research institutions, the event began with welcome address and opening speeches which one of them was made by our Ministry representative.

In the first part of the day, participants received information about the preliminary version of the Application Pack for the first call for proposals, while the second part was dedicated to a Partnership Forum, providing the participants the opportunity to network and identify ideas for future common projects.
