The revised Application form for Pre-defined Applicants under the 3rd Call for Proposals under the INTERREG-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-Turkey Programme has been published with minor technical adjustments related to the approved amendment to the Guidelines for pre-defined applicants and the incurred possibility for project partners to report their costs under Budget Line 1 on a “real cost” basis.
