Project preparation workshop was conducted in Istanbul on 14th March, 2017 about the First Call for Proposals of the 2014-2020 Black Sea Basin Programme whose announcement was published on 31st January, 2017.

During the event the potential beneficiaries were informed on the project development and planning, financial aspects of the projects, state aid rules to be followed and application procedures under the Programme  by the representatives of Ministry for EU Affairs, Undersecretariat of Treasury, Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and EU funds of Romania as a Managing Authority of the Programme and TESIM (Technical support to the implementation and management of ENI CBC programmes) team.
