Project Preparation Trainings are being organized for the potential beneficiaries in Edirne and Kırklareli within the context of the first call for proposals that is planned to be announced in the last quarter of 2015 for the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme, the 2014-2020 Programme Document of which has already been adopted by the European Commission. The last training was organized in Kırklareli on 10-11 November 2015.250 potential beneficiaries were trained in 8 sessions during three months in Edirne and Kırklareli.
