In order to provide guidance and support to the Beneficiaries of the First Call for Proposals for preparing final reports, Managing Authority of ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme has issued an Instruction, which provides details on submission process for project final report. The Instruction no 27 from 15 October 2020 for project final report is available here.

A checklist for the narrative report and a checklist for the financial report have been developed as a self-control tool, before the report is submitted to the controller. The checklists are available here.
