Aiming to establish a common understanding of the grant contract by both beneficiaries and Programme’s Managing Authority, the Note for Beneficiaries regarding payments included in interim and final report within ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 has been issued.

The clarifications provided are referred to the term “incurred” the payments that may be included in the interim/final reports prepared by the beneficiaries.
