Joint Monitoring Committee of the Black Sea Cross Border Cooperation Programme Was Held

The Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme, in which Ministry for EU Affairs act as National Authority of Turkey, was held on 13 October 2015 in Thessaloniki, Greece.  Relevant representatives of Programme countries, namely Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Ukraine and Turkey attended the meeting.

Committee members were informed by the JMA about the aspects related to the projects awarded under the two calls for proposals, financial aspects of the implementation of the joint operational programme, achievement of indicators, modification of the TA budget for the JMA and recruitment procedure of staff for the JTS of the ENI Black Sea Basin programme. Following the discussions on these topics, the Committee took a decision on the modification of the TA budget for the JMA.
