Affairs is responsible for its implementation in Turkey as the National IPA Coordination Office, has been conducted in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. The opening speeches of the meeting were given by the Montenegro Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration EU Assistance Programmes Coordination General Director Ana Vukadinoviç and EU Delegation to Montenegro Cooperation Unit Director André Lys, and Turkey was represented by Coordinator Ferda Akgül, Coordinator Şebnem Sözer, and EU Affairs Expert Serkan Bozkurt from the Directorate of Financial Cooperation Directorate of the Ministry for EU Affairs. In addition, representatives from the beneficiary institutions, NIPAC offices and EU Delegations from the participating countries, that are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Serbia.

At the meeting, projects from the 2016 and earlier programming periods as well as project proposals by the Commission and participating countries 2017 programming of the Multi-Country Programme were discussed. Some of the comments and opinions of our country regarding the one-pager project proposals of the Commission were reviewed and the project proposals of Turkish Institutions for 2017 programming were presented to the Commission representatives.
