When the COVID -19 epidemic situation is deeply affecting your project implementation, we strongly recommend you to take appropriate measures such as reviewing the planned project activities/ to see what activities can be postponed to a later date.
Should an event have to be cancelled, postponed or if partners/stakeholders could not attend for the reasons as mentioned above or other justified medical conditions, we recommend you to consider together with the partners involved whether carrying out the meeting by other means such as video conferences is a suitable option in order to minimize the impact on the work plan.
