The Instruction no 15 from 20 November 2018 lays down specific provisions for the expenditure and revenue verification of a grant contract funded under the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.

Initially limited to the beneficiaries from the partner countries, the applicability of the provisions of the Instruction has been extended to all beneficiaries of a grant contract under the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.Therefore, the content of the Instruction was amended, as well as Annex 2: Template of Contract between Beneficiary-Controller and Annex 5: Control check-list.
