An information seminar of the ENI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme for which the Ministry for EU Affairs acts as the National Authority, was held in İstanbul on May 14, 2018 towards Marmara Municipalities Union’s member municipalities staff before the launch of the second call of the Programme.   

In the event, municipality staff were informed on the new period of the Programme, developing partnerships, preparing project budget, project application process, experiences of the first call and the 2007-2013 period as well as other issues such as state aid rule, sustainibility, project assessment and selection process and planned evenst for the second call.
