In Giresun for the Second Call of the Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027

An event for the second and final call for proposals for the 2021-2027 period of the Black Sea Basin Cross-border Cooperation Programme will be organized in cooperation with the Romanian Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, as the Managing Authority of the Programme, as the Joint Secretariat Office of the Programme in Constanta and the Directorate for EU Affairs, as the National Authority of the Programme. The event will take place on May 8-9 in Giresun, where all the necessary technical details on project preparation will be shared with the participants.

The event will take place with the participation of Bülent Özcan, Director General for Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation of the Directorate for EU Affairs, and Laura Bobarnac, from the Romanian Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, European Cooperation Programmes Management Authority.

The rules and requirements of the call will be detailed at the event, as well as information on the project application process and the preparation of the project budget. The event will also include a practical case study on the creation of the project intervention logic and project budget in the electronic application system and the evaluation of the project application. The event will be aimed at potential applicants as local entities of public authorities, local authorities, bodies governed by public law, educational and research institutions and non-profit organizations in the provinces within the Programme area.
