For Turkish Association of Municipalities, an information seminar of the ENI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme for which the Directorate for EU Affairs acts as the National Authority, was held in Trabzon on 25 December 2018. 

In the event, the participants were informed on the new period of the Programme, developing partnerships, preparing project budget, project application process, experiences of the first call and the 2007-2013 period as well as other issues such as state aid rule, sustainibility, project assessment and selection process.
