The following material errors have been corrected in the latest published version of the Project Implementation Manual – Chapter IV – Procuring Services, Supplies and Works.

In section 4.1,  the initial text :

For the definition of Service contracts, Supply Contracts and Work contracts, Chapter 5 of the Annex 3 of the PIM – TESIM Guide on Procurement by private project beneficiaries – should be consulted

to be replaced with:

For the definition of Service contracts, Supply Contracts and Work contracts, Chapter 5 of the Annex 2 of the PIM – Procurement Rules for each Partner Country (TESIM Guide on Procurement by private project beneficiaries) – should be consulted.
