ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 Period Closure Event was held on 31 January 2018 in Bucharest, Romania. Ministry for EU Affairs Experts, Central Finance and Contracting Unit representatives and project representatives from Istanbul University participated the event on behalf of Turkey. Relevant representatives of Programme countries, namely Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Ukraine also attended the meeting.

Experiences of Programme’s 2017-2013 were shared in the scope of the 2014-2020 period of ENI Cross Border Cooperation Black Sea Basin Programme. The achievements and lessons learned from the Programme were also discussed in order to create added value for the new period.
