Project Summary
The project aims to enhance local decision-makers' ability to plan strategically in line with national climate adaptation plans and support existing local plans. Cities contribute to pollution and climate change but can also be role models in driving climate adaptation and the energy transition. However, many municipalities lack the capacity to develop and implement such plans, particularly in border regions.
