Annex 3 regarding procurement rules is being revised first. For reference as regards procurement rules for beneficiaries (public or private) from all participating countries, please observe the related provisions of Article 9 of the Grant Contract.

We briefly remind you the main procurement rules to be applied by programme beneficiaries in all participating countries (see the picture below).
