A Project preparation workshop of Second Call for Proposals under 2014-2020 ENI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation was held in Kastamonu. 

The purpose of the workshop is to inform potential applicants  about the rules of The Guidelines of Applicants, project activities, financial planning, project proposal financial requirement, comprehension of the electronic monitoring system. 

As representatives of our Directorate, EU Affairs Experts Serkan Bozkurt and Yusuf Ziya Ayrım from Financial Cooperation Directorate took part in the workshop.

Another workshop will be held in Samsun on 12th October.
