2014-2020 Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme first Joint Monitoring Committee meeting was held

The first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Black Sea Basin Cross Border Programme 2014-2020 was held in Bucharest, Romania on the 31 March-1 April 2016 with the representatives from Programme countries and Europen Commission as well as Managing Authority and Audit Authority of the Programme. Financial Cooperation Director Ms. Beyza Turan attended to the meeting as the representative from Turkey.

The JMC rules of procedures for the new period, designation of management and control systems, techinacal assistance budget, visibility manuel, grant guide for the first call for proposal which is planned to be launched in June 2016 with 19,75 million euro budget and staff recruitment to the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme were addressed during the meeting.
