Closure of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2007-2013

The ENPI CBC Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2007-2013 with a budget of  27,381,967.38 Euros from ENPI and IPA funds supporting 59 projects implemented in the areas of social and economic development, environmental protection and conservation, culture and education is officially closed  following the acceptance of the final implementation report.

A number of 353 entities were involved, from all the 8 countries participating within the Programme (Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine), achieving its wider objective to create stronger regional partnerships and cooperation.

Nevertheless, project beneficiaries and partners are kindly reminded that their involvement might still be needed in the following period (open-to-control period of 7 years after payment of final balance for the project), should the European Commission or Joint Managing Authority needs access to project documents or sites.
